Our Staffing company struggled with getting good benefits for our Temporary Associates. John Walters and his associates have assisted us for the past 15 years with good  benefits including different types of insurance that work very well for our Temporary Associates.  John and his Team are always just an email/text or call away and always quick to handle our questions. Aaron came to us and said, “I’m starting RightPath and we’d like to have you guys join”. And, and it was easy for me. It’s hard to put a price on a return on investment. You feel like they care about not just us, but our employees, and trying to do what’s right.

It has been really beneficial as the economy ebbs and flows. So when unemployment is really low and we’re competing against other staffing agencies for the same pool of candidates, it’s great to be able to offer good benefits to those candidates.

The communication that we’ve had is great. I always feel like if I need something, there’s always someone there that I can reach out to. It’s usually a quick response, so that’s always a positive. It’s not only beneficial to the employee that has the option to enroll in benefits, but to stand out from other staffing companies and to have that advantage. It’s important to be able to say we offer this to our temporary employees.

I know employees really appreciate it, you know, they get excited about it. It makes them feel better about their position. Although it may be temporary, they still feel like it has those benefits that come along with a permanent type of job. So, I think if you want to be competitive and you want to have that advantage in the staffing industry. It’s definitely something you should consider.

It helps with retention as well, because they have that safety net while they’re on assignment and have those benefits. I think it definitely makes a difference, when it comes to attracting and retaining employees for sure.

My experience working with Colleen and Aaron is they’ve always been very transparent, very communicative. I’ve always just felt very secure and confident with the company and working with them.
